  • Shipping availability may vary depending on regulatory approvals and import laws in the destination country.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability and required documentation.
  • Custom orders, private labeling, and bulk consignments may require additional processing time.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard international delivery takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and logistics partner.
  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance, government inspections, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.

4. Cold Chain & Temperature-Sensitive Products

  • Pharmaceutical products requiring controlled temperatures are shipped using cold chain logistics.
  • We ensure proper handling, packaging, and monitoring during transit.
  • Responsibility transfers to the buyer upon delivery at the agreed destination.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, volume, destination, and mode of transport (air/sea/express).
  • Customers are informed of shipping charges before final confirmation of the order.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Tracking & Updates

  • Once dispatched, customers receive shipment details and tracking numbers via email.
  • Our team provides regular updates for bulk orders and temperature-sensitive consignments.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • In case of damaged deliveries, customers must notify us within 48 hours with photographic proof.
  • For lost shipments, we will coordinate with logistics partners to resolve the issue.
  • Liability is limited to replacement or credit note, as per our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our control, including strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
